*Nearby construction: Punta Mita is a growing community, and construction may occasionally take place in neighboring developments. Please contact your rental agent for the latest updates.
*Mandatory Resort Fee: Punta Mita charges a fee per stay for access to designated resort amenities, including beach clubs, golf, tennis, pickleball, and the fitness center. The fee is $50 USD per adult (ages 13 and older) and $30 USD per child (ages 5–12), plus a 15% service charge and 16% VAT.
*Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required prior to arrival. Alternatively, guests may choose to purchase damage protection insurance.
