Casa Valhalla is a one-of-a-kind, fully staffed six-bedroom oceanfront retreat designed by renowned Mexican architect Tatiana Bilbao. Perched atop the dramatic cliffs of Punta Mita, this five-level architectural masterpiece offers breathtaking 180-degree views of Banderas Bay while blending harmoniously into its natural surroundings through lush tropical gardens, endemic vegetation, and striking rock formations.

As the only Tatiana Bilbao-designed residence available for guest stays, Casa Valhalla presents a truly unique hospitality experience. The home features six luxurious ensuite bedrooms—some with private plunge pools or soaking tubs—along with two gourmet kitchens, a wood-fired oven, and expansive indoor-outdoor living and dining spaces designed for relaxation and entertaining.

Flexible Living Options

Designed with versatility in mind, Casa Valhalla can accommodate groups of varying sizes. While the residence features six luxurious bedrooms, guests may choose to reserve the villa as a four- or five-bedroom retreat for a more intimate experience. This flexible configuration allows guests to enjoy the same exceptional architecture, service, and amenities while tailoring the space to their specific needs.

Bedroom Configuration & Seasonal Rates

The villa may be rented as a 4, 5, or 6-bedroom residence to accommodate different group sizes.

• During Low Season, rates are $3,200 per night for 6 bedrooms, $2,600 per night for 5 bedrooms, and $2,100 per night for 4 bedrooms, with a 3-night minimum stay.

• During Mid Season, rates remain $3,200 per night for 6 bedrooms, $2,600 per night for 5 bedrooms, and $2,100 per night for 4 bedrooms, with a 3-night minimum stay.

• During High Season, rates are $4,400 per night for 6 bedrooms, $3,600 per night for 5 bedrooms, and $2,900 per night for 4 bedrooms, with a 4-night minimum stay.

• During Special Weeks, rates are $4,800 per night for 6 bedrooms, $4,000 per night for 5 bedrooms, and $3,200 per night for 4 bedrooms, with a 5-night minimum stay.

*Please note: The 4- and 5-bedroom configurations are not available during the Christmas and New Year's holiday periods.

Guests enjoy daily housekeeping service, breakfast and lunch prepared by an in-house chef, and preferred rates for select amenities at the nearby W Punta de Mita, all within walking distance of the villa.
