*Please note that Punta Mita Resort applies a mandatory access fee for its amenities, including beach clubs, golf, tennis, pickleball, and fitness center: $50 USD per adult (13+) and $30 USD per child (5–12). This fee will be added to your booking, along with a 15% service charge and 16% VAT.
*A refundable security deposit equivalent to one night’s stay will be charged at check-in.
