This newly remodeled home is located on Greers Ferry Lake and is just a short drive to a neighborhood boat launch. It has a wonderful shoreline that is perfect for swimming or anchoring your boat. On the main level you will also find the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, laundry room, a second full bathroom, and access to the outdoor deck. Heading downstairs you will find a second living area, two more bedrooms, full bathroom, and access to outside.
