This newly remodeled home is located on Greers Ferry Lake and is just a short drive to a neighborhood boat launch. It has a wonderful shoreline that is perfect for swimming or anchoring your boat. The main level features an open floor plan that includes the living, kitchen, and dining area. Upstairs is a lofted area with a queen bed. On the main level you will also find the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, laundry room, a second full bathroom, and access to the outdoor deck. Heading downstairs you will find a second living area, two more bedrooms, full bathroom, and access to outside.

BEAUTIFUL home on a perfect lake. Peaceful and serene views. Very clean and comfortable accomodations. Ample bathrooms and very well stocked kitchen. Plenty of parking for vehicles. In my opinion the only drawback is there isn't a boat dock to keep the boat at. Property managers were very quick to respond and accommodate. 1000% would go back to this home.

The property is everything described plus more! The view is breath taking, I have to say that was the best part of our whole stay! We were able to view fireworks from across the lake during our whole stay. The kids enjoyed swimming, we grilled several times, watched the sunset every evening, played games and more. Kudos to the owners, this property is one best in the area! We will definitely plan a return stay.

Our family has enjoyed Greers Ferry Lake for over 45 years and this property did not disappoint. Clean, well appointed, great location and most importantly an outstanding job by Melanie at Arkansas Vacation Rental.
