Michael's Manor is a 10-bedroom Reunion estate for groups that need more than bedrooms. It sleeps up to 16 guests and combines an oversized outdoor living setup with a sports arcade, VR room, 12-seat theater with a 100-inch television, fitness room, prep kitchen, butler’s pantry/bar, and multiple indoor game areas.

Scale is the differentiator here: dining for 18 indoors, an island bar for 10, patio dining for 20+, and a private infinity pool area with enough seating and games to keep the group outside for hours.

Pool & Outdoor Living
Outside, the private infinity pool area includes a spillover spa, summer kitchen with grill, patio dining for 20+, 14 deck sun loungers, daybed, fireplace lounge area, foosball table, pool table, in-pool basketball, Giant Connect Four, and giant chess.

Sports Arcade, VR Room & Theater
For indoor competition, the sports-themed arcade includes Air Hockey, NBA Hoops, Lane Master Pro, Multi Arcade, Terminator, Batman Driving Games, and Power Putt. The home also includes a VR room and a theater with 12 recliner seats and a 100-inch television.

Game Areas & Fitness Room
Additional gaming areas in the loft and balcony include a pool table, ping pong table, and shuffleboard. The fitness room includes treadmill, elliptical, spin bike, and free weights.

Kitchen, Dining & Prep Spaces
Meals have serious support here: a custom round dining table for 18, a round crystal chandelier, mural wall, and butler’s pantry. The kitchen adds a breakfast nook for five, island bar for 10, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, two dishwashers, wine fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and full cookware, dinnerware, glassware, and utensils. A prep kitchen adds a fridge, sink, prep table, cart, mini split AC, range hook-up, and garage/side-door entry.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Sleeping spaces include five ground-floor bedrooms, three additional king bedrooms/suites upstairs, and two themed kids’ rooms. The themed kids’ rooms are identified as London and Under the Sea, with one room offering two twin beds and another offering four twin beds.

Reunion is one of the most established and recognized vacation home communities in Central Florida. The community offers a full-service clubhouse, dining and bike rentals. Many Reunion homes feature golf course or preserve views.
