✹ POOL RULES: No lifeguard on duty – swim at your own risk. Please ensure safety at all times.

✹ PETS: Planning to bring a pet? Let us know in advance! A $50 pet fee per stay applies, along with a $300 incidental damage deposit. This deposit is fully refundable after your stay, provided no pet-related damages occur.

✹ EXCESSIVE TRASH: A $100 fee will be charged for excessive trash disposal. Please help us keep the home clean and enjoyable for all guests!

🚌 Public Transportation

Limited bus service is available via Cap Metro, primarily connecting Round Rock to Austin. Public transit is an option but may require longer travel times and transfers, so it’s best suited for flexible schedules.

Pool heating is available at a rate of $200 per day.*

If there’s any extra trash that doesn’t fit in the bins (which can sometimes happen after having a big group stay), it may need to be removed separately, and there could be an additional charge. To help avoid any extra fees, we kindly ask that all trash fit securely inside the provided bins.

Please ensure that all waste is disposed of in the correct bins. Placing trash in recycling or compost containers will result in a fine to cover the cost of a haul-off.

Please note that propane is provided as a courtesy for guest use; however, refilling the propane tank is not the responsibility of the host. If the tank runs out during your stay, guests may choose to exchange or refill it at their own convenience.
