Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and the City of San Diego's Short-Term Rental Ordinance is strictly enforced. Noise must be kept at a reasonable level at all times. Any excessive noise or disturbances, especially during quiet hours may result in a minimum fine of $1,000 and immediate eviction without refund.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

The pool is available year-round. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $150 per day during summer (June through August) and $250 per day during winter (September through May). Once heating is activated, the fee is non-refundable.

Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

No Parties or Events
Parties or events are not permitted without prior authorization. Hosting an unauthorized gathering may result in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction.

Check-In and Check-Out Policy
Check-in begins at 4 PM; it may be available earlier with prior approval. Meanwhile, check-out is required by 10 AM. Late departures without approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour or 50% of the nightly rate, whichever is greater.

Onsite Staff
A Guest Experience Manager will be onsite to welcome you at your scheduled arrival time. They will provide a walkthrough of the home to familiarize you with key features and amenities. If you have any questions or need local recommendations, feel free to ask them during your visit.
