New Leaf Cafe
A welcoming spot for visitors and islanders alike in the heart of Eastsound. Brunch features tide-to-table fare, brunch classics, vegetarian dishes, and handcrafted morning cocktails. Dinner time invites visitors to indulge in seasonal menus inspired by the Pacific Northwest region. Open 5 PM - 9 PM, Thursday-Monday (dinner); 8 AM - 1 PM, Thursday-Monday (brunch); and closed Tuesday-Wednesday. Tip: Their patio area is back for a more laid-back dining spot with good views!
Buck Bay Shellfish Farm

Orcas Island Sailing
A go-to for boat rentals and sailing lessons. With private charters available, guests can learn to sail with their companions, ensuring a personalized adventure. Rental prices vary per boat while sailing lesson rates start at $575. Open 9 AM - 6 PM daily.
Island Hoppin Brewery
The first and only microbrewery in Orcas Island dedicated to crafting quality beers with locally sourced ingredients. They offer a variety of beers on tap from seasonal lagers to barrel-aged sours. Open 11 AM - 9 PM daily. Note: Outside food is welcome; outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.

A celebration with parades, fireworks, fun runs, food, and glamping. The fireworks display is presented over Eastsound, sponsored by the Orcas Island Chamber of Commerce.
Orcas Island Winery
A boutique family vineyard and winery committed to crafting premium Washington state wines. They proudly pour up to 10 locally produced and crafted wines featuring reds, whites, rosé, plus naturally sparkling wines. More information on their offerings and events can be found on their website or social media pages. Open 12 PM - 6 PM, Saturday-Sunday and Thursday; 12 PM - 7 PM, Friday; and closed Monday-Tuesday.
Mountain Lake Hike
A 6.0-km moderately challenging loop trail generally which takes an average of 1 h 23 min to complete. This is a popular trail for birding, hiking, and walking, but you can still enjoy some solitude during quieter times of day. The best times to visit this trail are April through September. Note: Leashed dogs are welcome.
Moran State Park
A natural gem in the heart of Orcas Island which features over 5,000 acres of lush forests, serene lakes, and stunning vistas. Visitors can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities like hiking, camping, and boating, with scenic views from the summit of Mount Constitution. Open 7 AM - 8:30 PM daily.
