Secluded but also in close proximity to all the island has to offer, this modern two bedroom retreat possesses a coveted location directly on Clam Bayou and includes two kayaks and a small 3 person inflatable boat so that guests can explore the fantastic nearby waterways and beaches from their very own private dock behind the home.

Designed for effortless enjoyment, the property offers incredible privacy, a spacious lot approximately 360 feet in length, and mature tropical landscaping that reinforces the feeling of an instant island getaway. The backyard sparkles as the sun reflects off the Bayou waters. Inside, soaring ceilings and abundant natural light create an airy, relaxed coastal ambiance, while exceptionally refined designer finishes reflect thoughtful craftsmanship throughout. A screened porch sets the stage for sunset dining, while the back deck off the kitchen enjoys prized southwestern exposure—ideal for sunbathing, entertaining, or unwinding as the day fades. Wildlife sightings are part of everyday life, from bald eagles and ospreys overhead to endless fishing just steps from your door. Blissfully secluded yet just a short bike ride to Captiva, Villa Bayou offers everything a guest could desire in the form of a refined organic coastal retreat where architecture, nature, and island luxury exist in effortless harmony.

This property offers two oversized bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the home and each feature ensuite bathrooms and king beds. The bathrooms all feature walk in showers with the primary bathroom offering a high end double vanity for guest's enjoyment. The living room is sprawling and includes an electric fireplace and flatscreen TV. The kitchen is thoughtfully redesigned with impeccable taste and all of the accountramenss a guest could desire to prepare even the most gourmet of meals. The screened patio located off of the living room features seating for six at the outdoor dining table as well as access to the adjoining sundeck where guests can enjoy sunbathing throughout the day. At the back of the property is the private dock and included kayaks and 3 person rigid inflatable boat, which guests can use the navigate the serene waters of Clam Bayou, a renowned waterway offering access to nearby beaches and multitudes of mangrove capillaries that lead deep within the island ecosystem.

We recommend a golf cart, bikes, or rental car to get around

For reservations during the months of January, February, and March, rentals are available on a full calendar month basis only. Stays must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month. Partial-month stays, mid-month arrivals, or mid-month departures are not permitted during this period unless otherwise approved in writing by management.
Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to checking in. This property does not have direct gulf access by boat, only access to Clam Bayou which allows guests to reach nearby beaches
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
