Enjoy your vacation in style and luxury, soaking in the pristine condition of this spacious 1440 sq. ft, 2/2, Residence with Wrap Around Patio and Remodeled Interior. This beautifully decorated and appointed residence is located within Sanibel`s Esteemed Island Beach Club community, known to be one of the best on island. Comfortably situated on the third floor (accessible by elevator or stairs) with a partially wrapped patio, fantastic gulf views abound from almost every inch of this property.

Featuring smart TVs in every room, a remodeled interior, and island vibe throughout, this residence is sure to impress. With unrivaled amenities, the community is no slouch either. Featuring an enormous rectangular pool with recreation spaces on either side, shuffleboard, community area, and more, you will enjoy a cornucopia of exciting experiences at your fingertips. In terms of layout, the master quarters are enormous and appointed with a large king bed and en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom is equipped with a queen bed. For additional convenience, guests will most certainly also enjoy the oversized laundry room, located adjacent to the kitchen. 

In terms of location, Island Beach Club is central to all Sanibel has to offer, including Jerry's Grocery, restaurants, shopping, and of course, the beach!

This residence is a 1440 square foot two bedroom, two bath, condominium located on the West End of Sanibel Island. The condo features direct gulf views from a partial wraparound patio, a full kitchen with cookware, a walk in laundry and recreation room with sink basin, large living area with dining table, and a king/queen bed configuration in the bedrooms
