The open floor plan includes living, dining and kitchen opening up to expansive screened lanai and pool deck. The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of storage room for a longer stay. Both bathrooms feature granite counter tops and luxurious glass showers. Pets are allowed.

For reservations during the months of January, February, and March, rentals are available on a full calendar month basis only. Stays must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month. Partial-month stays, mid-month arrivals, or mid-month departures are not permitted during this period unless otherwise approved in writing by management.
Guests must complete a rental agreement upon booking.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
