This charming 3 bedroom 2 bath home located in the Dunes Golf and Tennis Community of Sanibel Island will make an excellent choice for your next vacation! Exuding Olde Island vibes with shiplap siding and ceilings throughout, extensive nautical and coastal decor, and polished pine floors, this home is one of the few remaining true island cottages on the island. With a sleeping capacity of up to 6, an open concept living area, and expansive patio deck, this home is as comfy and accommodating as it is cute!

This 3/2 home is equipped with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are configured as follows- Primary bedroom features a king bed. Second bedroom features two double beds. The bonus third bedroom features a bunk bed (single over single). The third bedroom was designed in the spirit of the crew quarters of a ship and as such is quite small. There is no closet and the quarters are very tight. The bathrooms of the home are configured as follows: The primary bathroom features a double vanity and walk in shower. The second bathroom features a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

For reservations during the months of January, February, and March, rentals are available on a full calendar month basis only. Stays must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month. Partial-month stays, mid-month arrivals, or mid-month departures are not permitted during this period unless otherwise approved in writing by management.
We require a rental agreement to be completed by guests prior to check in.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
