Enjoy your vacation in style and luxury, soaking in the pristine condition of this spacious 1440 sq. ft, 2/2, Residence with Wrap Around Patio and Remodeled Interior. This beautifully decorated and appointed residence is located within Sanibel`s Esteemed Island Beach Club community, known to be one of the best on island. Comfortably situated on the third floor (accessible by elevator or stairs) with a partially wrapped patio, fantastic gulf views abound from almost every inch of this property.
Welcome to Island Beach Club 340B- In terms of layout, the master quarters are enormous and appointed with a large king bed and en suite bathroom, featuring dual vanities and a renovated shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and features an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and single vanity. For additional capacity, guests will find a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Guests will most certainly also enjoy the oversized laundry room, located adjacent to the kitchen. This residence is 1,440 square feet in size, making it one of the largest floor plans of any two bedroom condo on the island (more than 40% larger than Loggerhead or Pointe Santo units).
This property is pet friendly for dogs less than 55lbs. Pets must be approved on a reservation by reservation basis, please inquire with us prior to booking if you plan to bring a pet.
