Welcome to Casa Tranquility- A renovated three bedroom residence with a wonderful, eclectic, flare! Guests will immediately fall in love with the luscious and well manicured backyard, open floorplan of the interior, and colorful aesthetic of this property. From the chef's kitchen with oversized refrigerator and farmhouse sink to the included kayaks and remote work equipped office/den, guests are advised to book quickly as this one won't last long!

In terms of layout, Casa Tranquility features three large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms each feature different beds, as to maximize comfort for guests with groups of different sizes and age groups. The primary bedroom, of course, features a lush king bed and as a bedroom boasts ensuite access to the primary bathroom and also the back patio. The first guest bedroom features a twin over double bunk bed and also features ensuite access to a front facing patio overlooking peaceful Sand Castle Rd. The second guest bedroom features a queen bed that similarly enjoys ensuite access to a separate front facing patio. Uniquely, all bedrooms feature ensuite patio access to distinct patios, making this home perfect for those groups that desire private indoor/outdoor spaces for reading or simply sipping their favorite drinks while watching the sunset.

For reservations during the months of January, February, and March, rentals are available on a full calendar month basis only. Stays must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month. Partial-month stays, mid-month arrivals, or mid-month departures are not permitted during this period unless otherwise approved in writing by management.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
