WaterColor Beach Club: Access is through WaterColor Beach Club & just a 5 minute walk to beautiful white sand beaches. Wristbands must be worn by guests ages 5 and older. You can access the beach by walking through the Beach Club, and for those who want to sit on the sand, you can set up chairs and umbrellas behind the reserved chair area, or rent your own chairs and umbrellas from the rental shack. NEARBY PUBLIC BEACH ACCESS -Ray's Multi Mountain Beach Access: Is in the heart of Grayton Beach in "New Grayton", just to the west of the main Grayton Beach drive-on access at Hotz Avenue and the main "Grayton Dunes" access behind The Red Bar. -Grayton Dunes Beach Access: Access is ADA accessible, has freshwater showers, and parking on the street. Located at the end of Garfield Street behind the Red Bar in the heart of Grayton Beach. The boardwalk also extends to the end of Banfill Street one block to the east. The access is next to Western Lake outfall and Grayton Beach State Park. The freshwater lake opens periodically and exchanges water with the gulf. GUEST ACCESS The WaterColor community is the most desirable community on 30A due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community. The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an adults only pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf! Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for younger kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance. Per Watercolor HOA, all guests 5 years of age or older must be included in your adult guest total in order to receive wristbands to access amenities and pools. This home is allotted 8 wristbands max. In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your group upon booking, which you will receive a prompted email prior to your arrival. The HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. The WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. Watercolor requires guest contact information for Watercolor wristband registration a minimum of 1 week prior to arrival. HOUSE RULES *Check-In: After 4PM | Check-Out: Before 10AM *Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises. *No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited including back porch/deck. *No parties or events. *No street parking, driveway or gravel spaces only *During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi. *This home must remain pet free. IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
