BEACH ACCESS
Three public beach accesses a short distance from the home:
Gulfview Heights Beach Access is located 3 miles east of the intersection of Scenic 393 and Scenic 30A (Gulf Place). Turn south off Scenic 30A by Goatfeathers Seafood restaurant at Gulfview Heights street, then 1/4 mile to the gulf. This access has parking, restrooms, showers, picnic tables with shelter, and lifeguards during peak season.
Ed Walline Regional Beach Access is located at the intersection of Scenic 393 and Scenic 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, just across the street from Gulf Place rentals, shopping, and dining. This access is ADA accessible, and has two picnic shelters, parking, restrooms, and beach wheelchairs and lifeguards during peak season. Ed Walline Regional Access is unique among SoWal accesses with a two-story viewing platform overlooking the beach and gulf - a great place to spot surfers and dolphins.
3. Shellseekers Beach Access is a simple walkover at the end of Shellseekers Cove about one block south of Scenic 30A and a few blocks east of the Scenic 393 intersection at Gulf Place. It may be the most well hidden access in SoWal.

*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.
*No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited including back porch/deck.
*No parties or events.
*Complimentary golf cart can only be operated by guests over 25 years of age who provide verification. Rental agreement requires a valid driver's license and proof of existing auto insurance coverage.
*Private Heated Pool With Spa **Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $50/day. Pool & spa are heated together. Must be heated for duration of stay. If selected, it must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on.
*During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi.
*Home must remain pet free.

All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie".
