Santa Rosa Shores

We had a group of 28 staying here for our daughters beach wedding and let me tell you, this place was PERFECT! If you are on the fence about booking, just do it! You won’t regret it! I was pretty nervous about fitting all of our vehicles, but since there’s a lot across the street is not developed yet we were able to park a couple on the side of the road, so it worked out great for us. The home is absolutely beautiful! The pool area is amazing! The golf cart came in really handy! The beach access was even closer than I thought it would be! I just loved this house!!!

Our extended family had a fabulous time at 'Waves'! The house met our needs wonderfully! We were a group ranging in age from 5 to 85. The 3 levels made it a great place for the grandparents to have a very private room right on the main floor, the 20-somethings had the entire 3rd floor with games and social space late into the nights while the 4 bedrooms on floor 2 served the middle agers and younger kids perfectly. The management team was incredibly responsive and the few issues we had were addressed immediately! It was incredibly hot (August in Florida!) and the pool and beach access were wonderful. Definitely bring umbrellas or tents if visiting in the summer months. Our only recommendation would be a complete re-organization of the kitchen, as it has accumulated and large number of certain things (tongs, spatulas) and yet not a lot of others (large bowls, working can opener). We would highly recommend the house for a large group! Thank you!

Perfect place to stay. The location of the house was great, the rooms were spacious and very practical, the house was very clean, TVs, fans and all artifacts worked well, all utensils were available and the concierge was available whenever needed.
