Wander Santa Teresa

The Wander is located at the center of lush gardens within proximity to the beach, so you may occasionally see insects or small wildlife, including raccoons, iguanas, and monkeys.

We kindly remind families to keep a close eye on children, avoid leaving food outside (including residue from cooking), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed. Please also do not feed any of the animals.

Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This home contains features that may be difficult for wheelchair-bound guests, including climbing stairs to navigate the property.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

Amenities

Please do not move furniture or use amenities, such as towels and blankets, outdoors unless specified. Electrical outages and unstable water and internet are normal within Santa Teresa. To conserve electricity, please turn off lights and air conditioning when not in use.

Safety

For safety, ensure that all windows and doors are locked when you leave the property.
