We’re more than just another home – we’re an experience. Step into SunSota and discover a vibrant world of MCM artistic design and laid-back Sarasota living. From the custom-designed entry divider to colorful murals and cozy lounge spaces, every corner invites you to relax, play, and connect.
Inside the 2825 sq. ft. home are three spacious king bedrooms and a twin-over-full bunk system ensure comfort for everyone, with three full bathrooms (2 walk-in showers and 1 shower/tub combo) for added convenience. The MCM bold red kitchen, designed and featured on HGTV, is fully equipped for home-cooked meals with an attached dinette area. Wind down in the open concept living area featuring a 75-inch smart TV, perfect for movie nights or game days.
Enjoy lounging in the family room or have some good old-fashioned family fun in our converted garage game room with a large screen smart TV, games, puzzles, ping pong and our trundle bed system.
Step outside and your private oasis awaits. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the heated saltwater pool and spa. Fire up the propane grill for backyard barbecues, dine at the outdoor patio area under the covered porch, or unwind under the stars by the fire pit. Out back challenge your group to corn hole or connect 4 with our oversized yard games, rinse off in the outdoor shower, or sip coffee on the front porch surrounded by lush tropical landscaping.
