The heart of the home unfolds into a light-filled, open-concept great room where the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow seamlessly together. The gourmet kitchen is a true showpiece, featuring stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a dedicated coffee bar that invites slow mornings and relaxed evenings alike. With the Loop 101 and major city roads nearby, getting around Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix area is quick and convenient. Old Town Scottsdale is just a few minutes by car, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are widely available for nights out or stress-free transportation. Sky Harbor International Airport is typically a 15-minute drive, making arrivals and departures seamless. Guests also enjoy easy access to nearby Tempe, ASU, and downtown Phoenix, putting the best of the Valley within reach.
The spa is always on and heated for your enjoyment. Pool heating (natural gas) is $75 per night or $400 per week. Requests must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure the pool is heated and ready at check-in.
All guests are required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.
Zero Tolerance for Parties & Events
We strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy for parties and events. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances seriously, and violations may result in fines, immediate removal from the property, and/or cancellation of the reservation without refund.
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home, and a non-refundable $250 fee will apply if this rule is violated.
Safety & Monitoring
For safety and compliance, a Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance only and is used solely to monitor occupancy and emergencies. There are no interior cameras or recording devices on the property.
The home is also equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system, which measures decibel levels only and does not record audio or conversations, ensuring both privacy and neighborhood peace.
Pet Policy
Dogs are not typically permitted. Exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found on the property without prior authorization—a $175 non-refundable cleaning fee will apply.
A Pack ’n Play and high chair are available upon request.
