Inside, the home has been recently redesigned with a bright open layout that blends modern style with comfortable gathering spaces. The fully updated kitchen anchors the main living area with modern appliances, generous prep space, and a layout designed for easy entertaining.
The living room offers a relaxed setting with comfortable seating and a Smart TV—perfect for movie nights or unwinding after a day exploring Scottsdale. Clean finishes, thoughtful design, and warm tones create a welcoming atmosphere throughout the home.
A standout feature is the Tequila Time Bar, a dedicated cocktail station where guests can mix margaritas, craft drinks, or host casual tequila tastings with friends and family—adding a fun and social element to your stay.
The home’s four bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind, featuring plush bedding and thoughtfully styled interiors. The primary suite offers direct patio access along with a spa-inspired bathroom that creates a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.

The home is also pet friendly, allowing your four-legged companions to join the adventure.
NOTE: Pool Heat is optional and requires a $120/night, $60/night for just the spa. The fee covers the cost of the efficient propane heater. Payment & request must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure the pool will be heated at arrival.
Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.
We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.
Properties may include a Minut noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
Pet Policy: We welcome dogs with a non-refundable pet fee of $175, but they must be approved.
Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
