Insects are naturally attracted to light and may enter through open doors or windows, especially when seeking shelter from rain. In Arizona, it is not uncommon to encounter insects during the summer months or after heavy rainfall.

Please avoid leaving food outside (including residue in the grill and fire), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

The minimum age to book this home is 23.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

The pool is open for heating year-round at an additional fee of $100/night with a 3 night minimum, or $500/week. If you do not want to avail of pool heating, hot tub only heating is available at a fee of $50/night. The water typically warms during the day, though cooler nighttime conditions can cause natural heat loss.

Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

Hosting parties and events is prohibited at this home.

Starter Supplies
This home is stocked with a starter supply of kitchen sponge, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee supplies, sugar and creamer, salt and pepper, and bottled water. These items will not be replenished once they run out.
