Pool & Spa Heating Pool and spa heating are optional and available for an additional fee. Pool heating is $100 per night with a 3 night minimum or $600 per week, while spa-only heating is $50 per night. To ensure the pool or spa is heated upon arrival, requests and payment must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance. Waiver Requirement Guests will be required to sign a pool and spa use and safety waiver prior to check-in. Zero Tolerance Party Policy This property enforces a strict ZERO TOLERANCE policy for parties and events. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in fines or removal of the listing from hosting platforms. Please respect quiet hours and be mindful of neighbors. Security & Monitoring A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door to verify occupancy and for emergency use only. No indoor cameras are present. The property may also be equipped with a Minut noise monitoring device, which measures decibel levels only—it does not record audio or conversations—helping ensure neighborhood peace while preserving guest privacy. Pet Policy Dogs are not typically permitted. Exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found without prior authorization—a non-refundable $175 cleaning fee will apply. Late Checkout Policy Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
