The City of Scottsdale actively enforces noise ordinances, and violations may result in fines, immediate intervention, or removal of the listing from hosting platforms. This home is intended for respectful stays only. For guest and property safety, the exterior entry is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera used solely to verify occupancy and for emergency or security-related matters. The home also includes a Minut noise monitoring system to help ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected. This system does not record audio or conversations and only measures sound levels (decibel monitoring). Dogs are not typically permitted at this property; however, exceptions may be considered upon request and written approval. If an exception is granted—or if evidence of an unauthorized pet is found after checkout—a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be applied to cover additional cleaning and allergen treatment. Late check-outs that are not approved in advance may incur a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping team.
