Smoking will not be tolerated anywhere on the premises.- Please be aware that the barn and the equipment around the barn are strictly off limits to guests.- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.- Pool Service: Mondays and Fridays - Mid to Late Afternoon- Pest Control: First Thursday of every month- Landscaping: First Thursday of every month- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count.
