Entertain your guests on the 6,000 square foot rooftop deck, complete with an outdoor kitchen and dining area, or sip wine in front of the fireplace with a gorgeous view of Camelback Mountain. Enjoy sunny days relaxing aside the sparkling heated pool and spa or playing games on the sprawling lawn. At night, head downstairs to your own private speakeasy with a 12-foot LED TV and high-end sound system, or treat yourself in the private spa, complete with a sauna and 20-person steam room. Should you choose to leave your oasis, all of Scottsdale's best shopping, restaurants, and nightlife are less than a mile away. For those looking for adventure, it's a 15 minute walk to the trailhead of famous Camelback Mountain for world-class hiking.

Bedroom 3: Two queen beds, ensuite full bath.
Bedroom 4: Bunk bed with two twin beds and one double bed, closest to Bedroom 1 bath.
Bedroom 5: Primary suite - King bed, ensuite full bath.
Half bath by living room.

Lower Level:
Primary suite spa with soaking tub, sauna, steam room, gym/laundry room.
Speakeasy with half bath.

Upper level:
Rooftop deck with outdoor kitchen/dining and half bath.

Guest house:
Bedroom 6: King bed, ensuite full bath.
Half bath in hallway.
Bedroom 7: Queen pullout sofa in living space.

CHECK-IN: We typically greet our guests in person for check-in, so we can give you a tour and show you how to work everything. We are happy to provide self-check-in upon request or after-hours.

LOCATION: The 1 Home is located in the perfect central location in Scottsdale. It is minutes from shopping and restaurants at Fashion Square Mall and world-renowned nightlife in Old Town Scottsdale.

GUEST VERIFICATION: We use a trusted and confidential third-party service to verify the identity of the primary reservation holder and check criminal databases before the reservation is confirmed. After booking, you will receive a message with the link to complete the quick and easy verification process.

PETS: No pets allowed.

POOL HEAT: Pool heat is $250 per day.

PARTIES AND EVENTS: Parties and events are not allowed.

SECURITY: The home is equipped with a Ring doorbell and security cameras. There are exterior cameras located at the main guest entry points and backyard. Please understand that these security cameras are in place for the safety and protection of our guests as well as the property and homeowner.
