Lower Level: Primary suite spa with soaking tub, sauna, steam room, gym/laundry room. Speakeasy with half bath. Upper level: Rooftop deck with outdoor kitchen/dining and half bath. Guest house: Bedroom 6: King bed, ensuite full bath. Half bath in hallway. Bedroom 7: Queen pullout sofa in living space.
