Inside, you’ll find four spacious guest suites, a bonus bunk room, and 3.5 modern bathrooms, all thoughtfully appointed for comfort and privacy. The open-concept living area creates the perfect space for gathering, whether you’re watching a movie, hosting a dinner, or catching up with friends over a game of pool. The heart of the home is the gourmet chef’s kitchen, outfitted with a 36” Bertazzoni gas stove, Thermador hood, Frigidaire Professional fridge, Italian marble counters, and a waterfall island with seating for 12. Adjacent, the billiards lounge, Golden Tee arcade, and 86” Smart TV set the stage for unforgettable nights in. A mini gym with bike, bench, and dumbbells is available for those looking to stay active. The primary suite offers a true retreat with a king bed, 70” Smart TV, direct patio access, and a spa-like en-suite featuring dual vanities, a glass/tile shower, and soaking tub. The secondary suite features dual queen-over-queen bunks and a private bath—perfect for kids, teens, or extended family. Step outside to a private desert playground featuring a saltwater pool, custom tile firepit, pickleball and basketball court, and 5-hole putting green. Two covered patios, a professional ping pong table, and a 50” outdoor TV offer plenty of space to relax and entertain. The City of Scottsdale enforces firm noise regulations, and violations may result in fines or removal from the platform. Please help us maintain a peaceful neighborhood environment. • Pool Safety Waiver Required: A signed pool use and safety waiver is required before check-in. • Security Cameras: A camera is installed at the front entrance to verify real occupancy and for emergency purposes only. Additional non-operational cameras are present on both sides of the property but are currently inactive and not monitored. • Noise & Occupancy Monitoring: A Minut sensor is installed to monitor decibel levels only—it does not record audio. This helps ensure respectful noise levels are maintained without compromising guest privacy. • Pet Policy: Pets are not typically permitted. Exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found on-site without approval—a $175 non-refundable fee will be applied for additional cleaning. • Late Checkout Policy: Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee from our housekeeping team.
