Our condo is 1002 Sq feet with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + a patio to relax on.
We are able to accommodate 4 guests. Pet friendly for an additional pet fee of $100!
*Please do not try to hide the fact of bringing a pet. This impacts our cleaning protocol and we will need to pay our cleaner an additional fee for extra cleaning. We would much rather you be honest and upfront than find out from our cleaner or see on our ring camera later.
*Master Bedroom 1 + Bath : In the back of the condo, a king size bed lies center of a stunning custom built wall panel. Aroma therapy is provided if you choose to use it to ensure a restful nights sleep. A 40" ROKU TV is in this bedroom. Right next to this room is a shower, large walk-in closet, sink area, and toilet.
*Bedroom 2 + Workspace : A king size bed lies center of this bedroom room. Our custom closet is split with a workspace desk and comfortable chair, perfect for your work from home needs with high speed WiFi. Aroma therapy is provided if you choose to use it to ensure a restful nights sleep. A 30" ROKU TV is in this bedroom.
*Bathroom : In the hallway, you will find a bathroom with a toilet and shower across from bedroom #2.
Bedrooms are complete with linens and pillows.
Bathrooms are complete with 1 Turkish cotton Parachute shower towel per guest, 1 hand towel, and 1 black face towel per guest.
For stays longer than 5 days, additional towels per guest are provided. A hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided for your convenience.
*Living Room :
Cozy and luxe, you'll feel comfortable and relaxed in our stylish living room space. Enjoy watching the 50" inch ROKU TV with the ability to log into the major TV apps using your personal log in. Please note, the fireplace is off limits for burning!
*Kitchen & Dining : A dining room table for 4 sits outside of the kitchen.
The kitchen is complete with all the tools you will need for cooking and eating home. Basic kitchen ingredients such as salt, pepper, and olive oil are available for your use. Dish washer available for use at your convenience.
(Please note: If the dishes/glasses are too high on the shelves, use the step stool in the laundry room)
Coffee will be provided for you to make by either single K cup, a pot, or French press.
*Patio: Enjoy your morning coffee and kick back on the outdoor patio.
*Pool & Hot Tub: Just steps away from the pool, you'll have access to the condo's shared pool and hot tub area. The hours are 7 AM to 10 PM, and children 16 and under should be supervised. The pool remains open year-round, even during the winter, and while it’s not heated, the hot tub is available for a warm and relaxing soak.
*Washer/Dryer: Available for you to use at any point during your stay. Detergent is provided.
You will have access to everything in the home. There will be one locked closet and we ask you leave it this way. Thank you!
We are available to guest via AirBnB messenger. Our response time is usually within 5-10 minutes. For urgent emergencies, use the phone number in the guest manual.
Close enough to everything Scottsdale has to offer but set back in a quiet community. You'll love how you can be in the Scottsdale lively energy but then be able to rest at our home at night!
You will have a designated parking spot for one car. For second cars, you are able to park at any space with no assigned number/marking.
*If you are bringing a pet, our complex has strict pet policies. Unfortunately, dogs that are constantly barking are not allowed to stay here. There are fines for leaving your pets presents. We will have dog trash bags in the home so please make sure to pick up after your furry friends.
Our complex is quiet with many full time residents. We ask that you respect the privacy and peace of our neighbors.
There are cameras in the front outside of the house.

We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate full date change requests made at least 7 days before your check-in date (subject to availability and potential rate adjustments). This allows us sufficient time to secure a replacement guest after reserving the dates for you.
