Rideshare options like Uber and Lyft are widely available, making it simple to get around without a car. Pool Heating: Pool heat is optional and utilizes propane, available at a rate of $100 per night or $500 per week. The spa is complimentary. Please request and confirm payment at least 72 hours before arrival to ensure the pool is heated upon check-in. Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in. Strict No-Party Policy: We enforce a strict no-party policy in compliance with Scottsdale’s noise ordinances, which are taken seriously and could lead to fines or listing removal. Security Measures: The property is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera at the front entry and a camera at the side RV gate access point. These are used for monitoring occupancy and for emergency situations only. There is a camera with the pool equipment that monitors the physical controls as it is explicitly forbidden to touch the pool equipment. Noise Monitoring: A Minut noise monitoring system is installed to ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does not record sounds or conversations; it only monitors decibel levels. Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet. Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company.
