This home features a private, heated swimming pool included at no additional charge. Please note that while heating is complimentary, water temperatures may be inconsistent during colder winter months. We strictly enforce a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in fines or removal of this property from hosting platforms. Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels at all times. For safety and compliance, a Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door. Additional exterior cameras are positioned to monitor side access gates. These are used solely to verify occupancy and for emergency purposes—no interior cameras or recording devices are present. The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system, which tracks decibel levels to help maintain community peace. This device does not record sounds or conversations, ensuring your privacy. Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted. Exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found without authorization—a $175 non-refundable cleaning fee will apply. Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee from our housekeeping team.
