We strongly recommend arriving in an all-wheel-drive or four-wheel-drive vehicle, as roads leading to the property may be steep and bumpy. Ensuring your vehicle is equipped and driving carefully will help make your arrival as smooth and safe as possible.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

The pool and spa can be heated year-round for an additional fee based on monitored propane usage. Please note that only one can be heated at a time (either the pool or the spa), but not both simultaneously.

Let Wander Concierge know at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like heating during your stay.

Propane Usage
This home uses propane for select amenities, including the fire pit, indoor fireplace, hot tub, and pool. Propane is billed after your stay based on actual usage at $2.10 per gallon plus 9.2% tax.

For reference, past guests have typically incurred propane charges ranging from $100–$600, depending on how often these amenities are used.

Event Policy
Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing by Wander’s Concierge Team before your stay. Any guests who violate this policy without prior written consent will be responsible for an immediate $2,500 violation fee, plus any additional costs for excessive cleaning and/or property damage.
