Welcome to Anderson Estate, a 4,300 sq. ft. Scottsdale retreat designed for the traveler who demands both elegance and comfort. This impeccably updated home combines soaring architecture, refined finishes, and curated amenities, creating a setting as inviting as it is impressive.
The radiant main floor opens beneath 20-foot ceilings, showcasing pristine design and a chef’s kitchen outfitted with top-tier appliances and a marble island that doubles as the perfect gathering spot. Just beyond, a bourbon lounge awaits with wine and beverage chillers, a 65” TV, and stylish seating for relaxed evenings with friends.
Two luxurious primary suites anchor the home, each with a plush king bed and spa-inspired en-suite bath. One offers dual vanities and an oversized tiled shower for a retreat-like experience. For those blending work and leisure, an office provides a dedicated desk and a sofa that easily transforms into a queen sleeper.
The lower level reveals two additional bedrooms—one with a king and another with two queens—alongside a spacious living area with a sectional, 75” TV, table tennis, GoldenTee arcade, and a cozy coffee and board game station for endless entertainment.
Expansive sliding doors open to the outdoor oasis, where a shaded patio offers plush seating for al fresco dining. A BBQ pavilion with bar seating sets the stage for outdoor feasts, while the custom heated play pool and four-hole putting green invite hours of fun in the Arizona sun.

Pool heating is available for an optional fee of $75 per night or $400 per week. Requests and payment must be submitted at least 72 hours before arrival to ensure the pool is warm and ready at check-in.
All guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.
While this home is perfect for entertaining, only registered guests are permitted after quiet hours for liability reasons. A zero-tolerance policy is in place for parties and events. The City of Phoenix enforces strict noise ordinances, and violations may result in fines or removal from the property.
A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door for occupancy verification and emergency purposes only. No other security cameras or recording devices are present on the property. The home may also include a Minut noise monitoring system, which measures decibel levels only and does not record sounds or conversations.
Pets are not typically permitted. Exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found without authorization—a $175 non-refundable cleaning fee will be applied.
Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by housekeeping. Please contact us in advance if you require additional time.
