While the house has fast WiFi, cell phone service is limited in between Bodega Bay and Sea Ranch. We recommend taking note of the navigation map, WiFi password, and access code beforehand, which is available on the “Trips” tab in the Wander app.

Many homes in this climate are built without air conditioning, including this property. We provide fans and adjustable screen doors that can be used to stay cool and comfortable.

Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This home contains features that may be difficult for children, pets, and elderly - including climbing a set of stairs to enter the property and access additional levels.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.
