To access any of the island amenities and have resort charging privileges, you must preorder your digital amenity QR code online with the Seabrook Island Amenity Center. Further information for obtaining access will be sent after your reservation is booked.
The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.
The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2026. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2027.
Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Seabrook Island requires that all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.
