ABOUT THE AREA: Located in Seagrove Beach, the house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, minutes from all the action. Guests have access to two community pools, one of which is just a 1-minute walk from the home, tennis courts, hiking trails and more. You are a quick 5-minute walk to the beach and only 2 miles from the resort town of Seaside, where you can enjoy many local shops and restaurants. The access is across Scenic 30A from Cassine Gardens subdivision and next to One Seagrove Place Condominiums, one of only two high rises on Scenic 30A. Beachwood Villas Access: is on Scenic 30A across from Beachwood Villas, Somerset Bridge Road, and the Tom Thumb in Seagrove Beach, Florida. There is a bike rack but no car parking, and the access has a shower and quite a long boardwalk to the high bluff overlooking the gulf. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
