Step Inside ⇨ - Large open dining and living concept with plush couches, perfect for afternoon nap or family movie nights - Kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a gas range with plenty of counter space to prep mealtime for the entire family - A dining table is featured right off the kitchen with seating for 8 - Washer / Dryer and Half Bath also available on the first floor off the living space - We start you off with the basics; included is a starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, linens, towels, dish soap, laundry pods, etc. - All bathrooms also come fully equipped with Public Goods body wash, shampoo, and conditioner - Family friendly too! This room features moody coastal blues, and an en suite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. - Guest Bedroom 2 (2nd Floor) Features a Queen bed with fun beachy prints, and a shared hall full bathroom. - Guest Bedroom 3 (2nd Floor) Bunk room with 4 single beds. There is no street parking available. - The pool can be heated for $50/day. Please inquire with us during booking and we can set up for you! - The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots. - Minimum age to rent the home is 25. - Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this. - Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience.
