The sleek, efficient kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, apartment-size refrigerator, convection oven/toaster, induction cooktop, and Nespresso coffee machine. A stackable washer and dryer add everyday convenience, and high-speed Wi-Fi with comfortable seating makes remote work by the coast effortless.

Sea la Vie sleeps up to four guests across two king bedrooms, each with plush king beds, hotel-grade linens, and tranquil décor. The primary suite includes an ensuite bathroom with a sleek shower-tub combo, spacious vanity, and large mirror, while the guest bedroom offers a deluxe king bed, cozy lighting, and picturesque peek-a-boo ocean views.

The location puts the best of Seaside at your doorstep: oceanfront on the Promenade, a short walk to downtown shops, cafés, and entertainment, and just a 10-minute walk to Seaside Golf Course. Complimentary beach chairs and towels are provided, along with one dedicated off-street parking space.

This is a private, first-floor condo with keyless entry. Guests receive a personalized door code and a digital guidebook with everything they need for a seamless stay.

A few things to note: The primary renter must be 24 or older. The home is pet-friendly for up to one dog with a $100 pet fee. Smoke and carbon-monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit are provided. A separate condo unit is located above and is occupied part-time. Some sound may occasionally carry between units. As this is a peaceful residential retreat, we kindly ask that stays remain smoke-free and free of parties or events.
