Wander Sedona Cliffside

To access the property, you will drive across a low-water bridge over Oak Creek. If you are planning a stay with us during the rainy season from mid-February to mid-March, we strongly recommend arriving in an four-wheel-drive vehicle, as water levels may rise above the bridge during this time. Ensuring your vehicle is equipped to handle wet conditions and driving carefully will help make your arrival as smooth and safe as possible.

Please do not attempt to cross when water is flowing significantly over the bridge. If this occurs, you may park in the lower parking area before the bridge and use the foot suspension bridge to cross the river and reach the house.

The forest is home to a variety of amazing creatures, including javelina, deer, skunks, bobcats and other wildlife. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution and do not touch or approach wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed. 

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This Wander is a single level home with no stairs.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

Limited Uber & Lyft

Kindly note that Uber and Lyft services are limited in Sedona. For ease and flexibility in getting around, we strongly recommend renting a car.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

Parties & Events

Hosting parties, events, and large gatherings is strictly prohibited in this home.
