Fires are not permitted from May 1 through October 1, or at any time a fire ban or host request is in effect due to drought conditions.

The forest is home to a variety of amazing creatures, including javelina, deer, skunks, bobcats and other wildlife. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution and do not touch or approach wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed. 

Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This Wander is a single-level home with no stairs.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

Kindly note that Uber and Lyft services are limited in Sedona. For ease and flexibility in getting around, we strongly recommend renting a car.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

Please note that the pool at the home is not heated. The hot tub, however, is heated and available year-round.

Parties & Events

Hosting parties, events, and large gatherings is strictly prohibited in this home.

Outdoor Lights

In accordance with the dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when not in use.
