A car is recommended to fully explore Sedona’s incredible trails, vortex sites, and restaurants, all within a short drive. Popular trailheads, the airport lookout, and shopping centers are just minutes away. On-site parking makes coming and going easy, and the home serves as a perfect base for day trips to Oak Creek Canyon, Slide Rock, or Uptown Sedona.
Strict no party or event policy. Noise and occupancy monitoring devices are in place.
Hot tub maintenance access is through the home. The scheduled service day is posted inside, and we kindly ask that you either facilitate access or grant permission for entry to ensure the hot tub remains in pristine condition.
A Ring camera is located at the entry for occupancy verification, disturbance monitoring, and emergencies only.
Sedona observes a Dark Sky Ordinance—please keep patio/terrace lighting dimmed or off in the evenings to preserve the night sky.
