The forest is home to a variety of amazing creatures, including javelina, deer, skunks, bobcats and other wildlife. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution and do not touch or approach wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed. 

Sedona is a Dark Sky Community, so light and noise restrictions are taken seriously. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This home contains features that may be difficult for mobility-challenged guests, including climbing stairs to navigate the property.

The minimum age to book this home is 25.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

Kindly note that Uber and Lyft services are limited in Sedona. For ease and flexibility in getting around, we strongly recommend renting a car.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

The pool at this property is open year-round, but please note that it is not heated.
