Wander Sedona Ravens Rock

The forest is home to a variety of amazing creatures, including javelina, deer, skunks, bobcats and other wildlife. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution and do not touch or approach wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed. 

Perched on a stunning but steep hill with significant drops, the views are spectacular but it is dangerous for kids left unattended. For safety, children and infants must be supervised at all times when outdoors.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This three-storey contains features that may be difficult for mobility-challenged guests, including climbing multiple flights of stairs to navigate the property. There are also exterior steps leading to the front entry. There is one bedroom and a full bathroom located on the main level.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

Kindly note that Uber and Lyft services are limited in Sedona. For ease and flexibility in getting around, we strongly recommend renting a car.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.
