6,000 Sqft Uptown Gem Heated Pool/Spa/Sauna/View Decks

Roca Vista is a luxurious 5,885 sq ft Tuscan-style villa. This five-bedroom home sits perched on
a hillside in the heart of Sedona, where it provides spectacular panoramic red rock views from
nearly every room. Outdoors you’ll find a heated saltwater pool, spillover spa and 6-person
barrel sauna, along with 2,500+ sq ft of flagstone decks and covered patios, for a total living
space (inside and out) of over 8,500 sq ft. And while the home is near shopping, restaurants,
hiking trails and more, it’s located on a quiet street with no through-traffic.
As for those views, just listen to what our guests say -- one raved that “the view is
mesmerizing!” Another noted that the view was so fabulous “it was hard just leaving to see other
parts of the area.” And a third said “the views were spectacular…especially from the hot tub at
sunset.”

Upon arrival, guests enter a large circular foyer with a soaring 20-foot ceiling on the home’s
upper level. Down a grand flight of stairs, you’ll be greeted by the main living area with high
ceilings and an airy and open ambiance. This expansive space holds the living room, dining
