The highlight is the full-length private terrace, where panoramic views of Cimarron Butte and the surrounding wilderness create an incredible backdrop for morning coffee, sunset drinks, outdoor dining, or simply slowing down and taking in Sedona.
Inside, the home combines modern comfort with the natural beauty of its surroundings. An open-concept living room features a large sectional with plenty of space to relax after a day on the trails, while expansive double sliding glass doors frame the red rocks and connect the interior directly to the terrace.
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, generous prep space, and everything needed for breakfast before a hike, cocktails at sunset, or a relaxed dinner at home. A dedicated dining area makes gathering easy.

Ample parking is available on-site, ensuring a hassle-free experience during your stay.

The Upper Terrace Unit and Lower Studio are independent accommodations within the same building, each offering its own private entrance and designated parking to ensure a comfortable and private stay.
🔹 Shared Common Area & Fire Pit Lounge
Guests have access to a beautiful shared BBQ area and a cozy fire pit lounge. These space are available on a first-come, first-served basis or may be shared with fellow guests. When using these spaces please keep voices and noise to a minimum as to not disturb guests of the lower studio if present.
🔹 Respecting Sedona’s Dark Sky Ordinance
To help preserve Sedona’s world-famous night skies, we kindly ask that guests turn off outdoor recessed lighting after dark. Soft, low-level lighting is provided for safe maneuvering at night.
