A Multi-Level Sanctuary with Unparalleled Views Ascend through four levels of luxury living, where each of the four bedrooms is accompanied by its own luxurious bathroom. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or hosting a family gathering, Quail Ridge offers ample space and privacy for an unforgettable Sedona escape! 🛏️ The Top Level – A Private Retreat in the Sky Perched at the highest point of the home, the primary suite offers a king-sized bed, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom complete with a copper soaking tub and walk-in shower—a perfect place to start and end the day with nature all around you! Down the hall, two elegantly designed guest rooms provide peaceful spaces to rest: ☀A king bedroom with its own balcony and an ensuite walk-in shower. ☀Another king bedroom with expansive views of Thunder Mountain, with a full bathroom just across the hall. 🛋️ The Main Level – A Cozy Gathering Space As you step into the home, the main living area greets you with a warm and inviting ambiance. Large plush seating invites you to sink in, while a Smart TV and a queen-sized pull-out bed provide both entertainment and flexibility for guests. 🍽️ The Lower Level – A Kitchen & Dining Experience with a View A few steps down, the open-concept kitchen and dining area set the stage for shared meals and lasting memories. A spacious dining table for 8 and barstool seating for 4 make it easy for everyone to come together, while the fully equipped chef’s kitchen ensures that no meal is out of reach! Just beyond the kitchen, another guest suite offers two queen-sized beds, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and direct access to the lower level. 🎱 The Game Room – Endless Entertainment with a View Tucked away on the lowest level, the expansive game room is made for fun-filled nights! A pool table, shuffleboard, foosball, queen pull-out bed, and a Smart TV provide endless entertainment, while a 20-foot sliding glass door opens to the sprawling wraparound deck—the perfect place to take in unobstructed Sedona sunsets! 🌅 The Outdoor Experience – Where Nature & Luxury Meet Step outside, and the world seems to expand before you. The pool may be heated year round for an additional fee of $100/day. Pool heat must be requested at least 24 hours before arrival. Guests will have access to the entire home except for locked supply closets. We are not located onsite but are available remotely or in person as needed. The home is located at the end of a small and rural dirt road situated on top of a ridge. There are only a handful of houses and neighbors on our street, please be respectful of the nearby neighbors and do not block neighbors driveways. We are located off of Schnebly Hill Rd which is conveniently located near Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village and Uptown Sedona. A car is recommended for traveling in Sedona. Uber/Lyft services are limited in the area. The home is a four level house and has several steps throughout the home and may be challenging for guests with mobility issues. This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.
