Ascend through four levels of luxury living, where each of the four bedrooms is accompanied by its own luxurious bathroom. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or hosting a family gathering, Quail Ridge offers ample space and privacy for an unforgettable Sedona escape!

Perched at the highest point of the home, the primary suite offers a king-sized bed, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom complete with a copper soaking tub and walk-in shower—a perfect place to start and end the day with nature all around you!

Down the hall, two elegantly designed guest rooms provide peaceful spaces to rest:

☀Another king bedroom with expansive views of Thunder Mountain, with a full bathroom just across the hall.

As you step into the home, the main living area greets you with a warm and inviting ambiance. Large plush seating invites you to sink in, while a Smart TV and a queen-sized pull-out bed provide both entertainment and flexibility for guests.

A few steps down, the open-concept kitchen and dining area set the stage for shared meals and lasting memories. A spacious dining table for 8 and barstool seating for 4 make it easy for everyone to come together, while the fully equipped chef’s kitchen ensures that no meal is out of reach!

Just beyond the kitchen, another guest suite offers two queen-sized beds, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and direct access to the lower level.

Tucked away on the lowest level, the expansive game room is made for fun-filled nights! A pool table, shuffleboard, foosball, queen pull-out bed, and a Smart TV provide endless entertainment, while a 20-foot sliding glass door opens to the sprawling wraparound deck—the perfect place to take in unobstructed Sedona sunsets!

Step outside, and the world seems to expand before you. The 600 sq. ft. wraparound deck stretches along the ridge, offering unobstructed 360° views of Sedona’s breathtaking red rock formations. Just beyond the deck, the pool and spa invite you to unwind. Float under the vast desert sky during the day or slip into the warm spa in the evening, where the only sound is the occasional whisper of the wind through the canyon. As the stars begin to shimmer overhead, gather around the firepit lounge, where laughter and conversation flow as freely as the flickering flames.

At Quail Ridge, the outdoors isn’t just a feature—it’s an experience. A place where luxury and landscape blend seamlessly, and every sunrise and sunset feels like it was made just for you!

The pool may be heated year round for an additional fee of $100/day. Pool heat must be requested at least 24 hours before arrival.

Guests will have access to the entire home except for locked supply closets.

We are not located onsite but are available remotely or in person as needed.

The home is located at the end of a small and rural dirt road situated on top of a ridge. There are only a handful of houses and neighbors on our street, please be respectful of the nearby neighbors and do not block neighbors driveways. We are located off of Schnebly Hill Rd which is conveniently located near Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village and Uptown Sedona.

A car is recommended for traveling in Sedona. Uber/Lyft services are limited in the area.

The home is a four level house and has several steps throughout the home and may be challenging for guests with mobility issues.

This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.

Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $1500 for deodorization.
