Wander Sedona Seven Canyons

The forest is home to a variety of amazing creatures, including javelina, deer, skunks, bobcats and other wildlife. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution and do not touch or approach wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed. 

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This home contains features that may be difficult for mobility-challenged guests, including climbing stairs to navigate the property.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

Kindly note that Uber and Lyft services are limited in Sedona. For ease and flexibility in getting around, we strongly recommend renting a car.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

This booking includes access to the Seven Canyons community pool, heated for comfort and available at no additional cost. The pool is open daily from 6 AM to 9 PM and, as a shared amenity, may also be used by other members of the community.

Parties & Events

Hosting parties, events, and large gatherings is strictly prohibited in this home.

Pool & Hot Tub Availability

The shared outdoor pool is available from 6 AM to 9 PM, while the shared hot tub is available from 6 AM to 7 PM. As community amenities, they may be enjoyed by other members and guests during these hours without prior notice.
