Welcome to Elevated Escape by Ghosal Luxury Lodging—a 5-bedroom lodge at the top of Bluff Mountain in Tennessee. This pet-friendly cabin features mountain views of the Smoky Mountains and a quiet setting built for comfort. Ideal for group getaways or family reunions, it offers the space and privacy to enjoy time together in nature.
Elevated Escape offers comfort and privacy with 5 bedrooms, modern amenities, and a fully equipped kitchen for easy group meals. For entertainment, the cabin includes a home movie theater, arcade games, and a pool table. The indoor heated pool makes it easy to relax or have fun, no matter the weather.
This property shares access to a community deck. This space is not included with your rental for private events like dinners, receptions, or celebrations, but it may be reserved separately upon request for a fee. Unauthorized use of the shared deck for events is strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the property without refund and charge of a $500 fee.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Located about 25 minutes from Pigeon Forge, this cabin gives you access to top attractions like The Island, Dollywood, Splash Country, WonderWorks, Dixie Stampede, The Titanic Museum, and Tanger Outlets. While there's plenty to explore nearby, the peaceful, private setting with mountain views makes it just as easy to stay in and enjoy the quiet.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Our dedicated staff is available to assist you throughout your stay from 8 AM to 8 PM. Rest assured, you and your party will have exclusive access to the entire residence during your time here.
ACCESS
For your convenience and security, entry to this property is facilitated through a Door Code system. Check-in details including property location and access instructions will be sent at 10 AM on your scheduled check in date, and the door code will be delivered both via text, if your phone number is on file, and through the channel messenger at 4 PM. This guarantees a smooth arrival process, ensuring your entry to the property.
TRANSIT
Guests will have access to the entire property including the fire-pit area with chairs outside and the Hot Tub on the back deck. Guests will also be able to come and go as they please with no trouble. Please be aware that accessing this property involves driving up a mountain road. While the effort is well worth it for the incredible views, it is important to note that the drive takes approximately 15 minutes up the mountain. While 4WD/AWD is not mandatory, it is highly recommended for a smoother and more secure journey.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Fully Equipped Kitchen:
The kitchen includes essential cookware, utensils, and a coffee maker, providing everything you need to prepare meals with ease during your stay.
Linens/Toiletries/Soaps:
The cabin is supplied with linens and bath towels. We supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.
Indoor Heated Pool & Maintenance:
Enjoy your private indoor heated pool, maintained between 82°F and 84°F for a comfortable swimming experience throughout your stay. To keep the pool clean and operating properly, our maintenance team will require access to the cabin twice a week. Your presence is not necessary during these visits. If you are traveling with pets, we kindly ask that they be securely crated while our team is on the property.
Inclement Weather:
While this cabin is easily accessible and usually doesn't require 4WD, it's advisable to have 4WD in case of inclement weather.

Please note that access to the cabin requires climbing one flight of stairs. Listing photos may include staging materials and decorative props that are not included with the rental.
HOUSE RULES & POLICIES
Community Deck, Weddings & Events:
All Bluff Mountain properties share access to a community deck, which is not included with your cabin rental for private dinners, receptions, celebrations, weddings, or other events. The deck may be reserved separately upon request for an additional fee. Weddings and events anywhere on the property require prior approval and are subject to additional event fees to ensure proper coordination and property care. Unauthorized use of the community deck or hosting of unapproved weddings or events is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the property without refund, along with a $500 unauthorized event fee.
Booking Confirmation Procedure:
The person with the platform account is the “Booking Guest.”
• Booking Guest must be 25 or older and submit a government-issued ID to confirm age (please obscure your ID number).
• Booking Guest must sign and return the Cancellation Policy & Rental Agreement.
• Booking Guest must stay at the property for the entire reservation dates (booking for others is not allowed).
• No parties/fraternity groups allowed.
• Payment must be completed at the time of booking. If payment does not go through within 72 hours, we will cancel the reservation. The name on the card used for payment must match the name of the guest on the reservation.
Check-Out Procedure:
To help us prepare the cabin for our next guests, we kindly ask that you complete the following before departure.
• Check out by 10:00 AM.
• Please place all used bed sheets on the floor next to each bed.
• Be sure to collect all personal belongings before leaving.
• If the fold-out sofa was used, please remove the sheets and return the sofa to its original folded position.
• Please dispose of all trash in the outdoor bear-proof bins. If the bins are full or you have excess trash, leave it inside the cabin near the front door, and our cleaning team will take care of it after your departure.
Quiet Hours:
We kindly request that all guests observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. During this time, we ask for your cooperation in keeping noise levels to a minimum out of respect for other guests and neighbors. This home is equipped with a noise detector that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, and temperature) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.
No Smoking Indoors:
We have a strict no-smoking policy indoors. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas away from windows and doors. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and avoid littering the property.
Pet Policy:
Please let us know if you plan on bringing a pet, as all of our properties are dog friendly. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. We do have a few requests, to ensure our properties remain pet friendly. Please do not allow any pets in the pool or pool area, on furniture, or on bedding. They will need to be crated if left alone at the cabin. Also, please make sure any pet waste is picked up, placed in a bag, and disposed of in the outdoor trash bins. We look forward to hosting you!
Hot Tub Maintenance:
We take hot tub hygiene seriously. After each guest's stay, our hot tubs undergo a thorough cleaning process, including draining, scrubbing, and a meticulous bromine wash. This ensures a clean and safe hot tub experience for every guest. Please keep in mind that after this thorough cleaning, the hot tub may initially be at a lower temperature upon your arrival, as it is refilled with cool water.
Power Outages:
Please be aware that power outages can occur in the Smoky Mountains due to various factors, including severe weather conditions, high winds, or other unforeseen events. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted power supply at our properties, occasional outages may happen, and we appreciate your understanding during such situations. Power is typically restored by the electric company within a few hours.
Additional Guest Violation:
As per regulations set by the County Fire Marshall, we adhere strictly to the maximum occupancy limit set for our property.
Unauthorized Pet Infraction:
Transparency is a cornerstone of our business. We also believe in providing fair compensation to our dedicated cleaning team. Any guest found to have brought in pets without prior authorization will face a minimum fine of $200 per pet.
